Exchange Policy
The Village Wreath Company gladly accepts exchanges. We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send us a message so we can make it right.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
