The First (and the quickest) is using a metal hole punch, which can be found at any hardware store or Amazon for approximately $10.00
The Second (and my favorite) way is by using Cable Mounts and Pipe Cleaners.
Cable Mounts are self adhesive and you can use as many as you need.
First, you'll need to flip over your metal sign so the black side is facing you:
Next, remove the adhesive from the back of the Cable Mount and attach to each side of the back of the sign.
You are now ready to run a pipe cleaner through each Cable Mount:
Finally, twist each pipe cleaner in place. You have now created the needed attachments for your wreath project.

Have you seen those fancy pumpkins that are all decked out in in diamonds and fancy fabrics? Let me show you how to dress up a velvet pumpkin for less than $5 (including the pumpkin).
]]>
Start off with a small velvet pumpkin for $1 from Target (found where you first walk into the store).
Clip off all tags and twine.
Grab a role of "Diamond Wrap" from any craft store for approximately $2 and cut into approximately 8" strips.
Pry up the edges of the stem and glue one end of each of the Diamond Strips under the stem where there are grooves in the pumpkin.
Pull each strip down the side of the pumpkin and poke the end into the bottom of the pumpkin and seal with some glue.
You're now ready to enjoy your new masterpiece.
]]>Have you bought any design or crafting supplies at all for what the next 90 days encompasses? Guess what....supplies are going fast. Retail Craft Stores are stocking their shelves and some are even marking down the merchandise already. The online craft supply sites are listing new products daily - you may not think that you need that 10" roll of deco mesh for Halloween right now, but in reality, you do! If you're waiting until after Labor Day, then you're playing a huge gamble with supply availability. By no means is this intended to startle you, but instead, it's to be that little voice in your ear reminding you of what's happening in the very near future.
You can find 8" round and 12" rectangle metal wreath signs here: villagewreath.com
